Feather Drum is a new and beautiful boho inspired brand from Sydney/Australia, and I am so thrilled to be sharing these images from Port Stephens with the beautiful readers of mini style blog. After capturing our hearts ::LAST SEASON:: the love for this beautiful Sydney brand just keeps growing. Not only is the lady behind the brand an amazingly talented and highly skilled creative soul, she is also a perfectionist with an eye for the teeniest of details. All this shines through in every collection and LOST OASIS SS15 has been no exception. I fell head over heels for the STONE ROSE print and decided to dress the kids in the same print for this shoot. This particular print was inspired by an old couch, can you believe it?? Beyond fabulous!
The skirt is incredible; The length is perfect for a little girl who loves to move, as she can climb and jump freely. Very light weight cotton has been used for the skirt and the jumpsuit, and will be guaranteed to make these pieces beloved summer staples. The details and fabric of the little top is so beautiful, The cut and the fit is perfection. Size 2 is a little bit longer than from size 3 and up, which is more of a cropped version. I think bothare absolutely gorgeous. The jumpsuit is so unique and beautiful, that if you asked me to choose a favourite piece from Lost Oasis, I simply couldn't. The thin cotton fabric is so perfect for those balmy summer night. I would advise to size down as this brand runs a little on the bigger side this season. Miss W wears a size 2/3 in most things, but needs a 2 in FD and still has room to grow.
Mr C's organic tee and shorts have the best fit, and he absolutely LOVES them so much that getting them off was impossible and he slept in them the whole night through.
(Lets not talk about the sand in the bed the next morning.......) I love the surfy look on him and this season flower prints on boys is such a must!
I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for Feather Drum, but I am sure it is going to be spectacular.
