Today we are pleased to welcome Mel from the amazing kids party planning service out of New Zealand, All The Frills Mini. 

All The Frills Mini creates amazing personalized parties for the little ones. Parties that feed their imaginations and blow their tiny little minds!

We are truly captivated by the darling party that Mel created for her daughter, Sienna, for her third birthday.

This is my very special little person’s birthday, Sienna who is now 3. Just like most little girls, Sienna loves pink....hmmm....mummy not so much! So with this in mind, I think I still managed to keep a clean and contemporary party with the perfect balance to pink to keep the birthday girl happy. I really wanted to make individual picnic boxes rather than have a food or dessert table, which actually made for a very quick and easy party food solution. A few other elements at the party were a super cute strawberry potting station, handmade bead necklaces and because I'm completely obsessed with feathers at the moment, I decorated white feathers and placed them in a handmade test tube holder for the tablescape centerpiece.

 Now, wait there's more! Leading up to Sienna's party I worked on a top secret project.....oh the playhouse! 

It all started with a little sketch I handed to our builder,  I looked at him and said “what do you think?” and his response was “looks likes fun,” I knew he was the man to make it happen.

A few weeks later this little house was delivered as a flatpack assembled within half and hour, just amazing, it was exactly like the sketch. With handover of this house it was now time to decorate and style this beauty! Once I had put my mark on this seriously cute little house and treat shop we filled it with balloons ready for the big reveal on Sienna's 3rd Birthday.

Thank you to Sheera, who captured the reveal, you can see from the photos the house was a hit and I’m happy to say it still is. Sienna loves this little house, endless hours of role playing taking our orders, organizing, dress ups and cooking.
